Unsuccessful and successful adding of my son into my existing policy

I wanted to add my baby to my existing policy and I was told I couldn’t add them and that there was nothing that can be done to change the policy rules. This lady helping me offered no solutions she was just negative everything I asked she kept saying we can’t change the policy rules!

So I asked them to cancel because it’s pointless to have a cover that can’t enable me to add my kid because I forgot to add my baby within 6 months. The lady assisting me kept maintaining that they can’t add my 11 month and I ask her should I cancel and look for another life cover she rep**** by saying there’s nothing they can do to help me then I ordered for a cancellation.

But I decided to call again to confirm if they maintain their position, this time around a gentleman said he will ask for approval and got back to me with an approval to add my child within 5 mins. Thanks you to the gentleman called Nhlanhla Martin Nkosi you assisted me with so much speed, care and you were solution oriented because of him I decided not to cancel.
