Unreliable

I have joined life policy with my way and asked monthly payment to be done through stop order instead of debit order and consultant affirmed me that that only persal paid staff the are able to do stop order which made me qualify. She then said that within 48 hrs a consultant will call me to finalise the process that process and mention that for the first month payment will be collected through debit . No one called after that and today I call to find out why and told that only debit order they do. What a change in words? Now I imagine when I am dead and what my family will go through for payout if these people can lie while l am still alive as a policy holder.
