Unprofessional and Contradictory

Pathetic service delivery, the consultant told me we covered from when I put the phone down. Next day someone passed on, so I called Miway and asked is this person covered Yes, they are send the documentation. Endless nightmare turned out person isn’t covered according to them now. Getting them to accept responsibility for that is more promises they cannot fufill. I am frustrated and want to cancel my policy Can’t do business like this with people who say one thing when they want u as a client and different thing when u are paying premiums.
