UNHAPPY - NO CALL BACKS even though repeated requests have been logged

Now if only MWL was as good or as efficient as their insurance side. I have left 4 call backs as it is time to check and update my life insurance. THE UNFORTUNATE PART IS they have us by the short and curlies - YOU CANT CANCEL BECAUSE THEN YOU LOSE YOUR MONEY. So its not important to them to call you back. This is also not the first bad review for LIFE INSURANCE SIDE. We should get a law passed that one does not lose ALL Of THE MONEY PAID in on a policy should you want to change companies because of slow or bad service
