Unauthorized debit orders

I have been with Miway for 7 months and the worst 7 months of my life. In October 2017 I asked Miway to cancel my cover with them and they told me I had to wait 30 days! I have never heard that before because every other insurance company would cancel IMMEDIATELY! Another reason why you should not go with Miway. In any case I expected my last debit order to be November 2017, but NO Miway is still debiting my account WITHOUT my consent! I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM November 2017 UP TO DATE. AND I WANT IT BACK BY TOMORROW or I will go to every social media platform including Carte Blance and the Ombudsman for this and anywhere else I can find because this is unacceptable and *******!
