Unauthorized debit order

Very disappointed in Mi-way life insurance. They debited my account without any authorization to debit and refuse to pay back my premium. I expressively told the agent that i cannot afford the amount and first needs to see the paperwork. No response after the telephone call, just the debit order that went off. After various phone calls and emails they still did not come back to me regarding the refund.. <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Miway to Miway Life by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
