Unable to contact department

<p>Today starts the second week iv been trying to get through to the Miway Life insurance department, there seems to be an issue when trying to contacft them as the telephone options do not work, they just repeat please press 1 for life insurance and nothing else happens after keying in the option, iv spoken to different departments who have all said they will send emails to get someone to call me back yet nothing happens , If this is what its like just trying to speak to them imagine trying to make a claim, This has hindered my faith in all Miway departments, Hopefully i get a response soon or ill be forced to take my business elsewere </p>
