The most inhumane and inconsiderate insurance ever
I submitted a death claim for the 2 policies that I have and Miway hasn't paid my money, even today.. They failed to even communicate to say they received my documents, when I call I get told that they will call me back and they never did. It's a day before the burial and I have no money to pay for the funeral. This is the most inhumane and inconsiderate insurance ever. I will never do business with Miway

07 Aug 2020, 15:03Your Employee Nosipho Ngwenya is the worst person to deal with. She is impersonal and has a lot of attitude, the worst person to deal with people who lost their loved ones. I'm not happy with her and it's none of my business that she doesn't have a father.
