The consultant who helped me (Nhlanhla Nkosi) was professional, courteous and cared. He saw to it that my requirements are met, and was clear where I couldn't be accommodated. That gave me peace of mind and am clear of what to expect from MiWay Life. That's the kind of customer service experience that is required.
