The best service received. Was assisted by a gentleman called Nhlanhla, who showed willingness to assist, his telephone etiquette is amazing and he was listening to understand. He explained in a manner that made me understand how my life cover payments work in detail and how missed premiums work as well. If we were to rate consultants, I'd give him a 10, for first call resolution. I don't think I'd ever call regarding the same issue again. In social media language I'd say MiwayLife must give Nhlanhla his flowers because that was best service received this far from miWay life that did not leave me confused 🙂
