Terrible service from myway

Last month beginning of August I requested that myway cancels my life cover because I wanted to use another company that financed my house, I have never struggled like this, eventually I was told that someone from retention would give me a call and they did after a couple of days, a lady from their retention department called me made me feel like I was going to die within the next minute if I canceled, and I was told that it's canceled and would only be covered up until the end of August, to my surprise money is still being debited from my account, when I call them I was told the lady never canceled the policy.... Terrible service from myway I want my refund,,,!!!!!!!
