Terrible service-feels like a ****

I've made a claim a for my late father, submitted the required documents via email over 2 weeks ago as per Nosipho Ngwenya's request but I haven't received anything,-no feedback, no updates, they just went quiet on me. They expect me to keep calling them, emailing them, etc for updates. They never struggled with their premiums but I'm struggling with the claim. I feel like I'm being ****med. I don't recommend this policy at all.
