Terrible Experience with Miway Life - Unauthorized Debits After Cancellation

We took out a life insurance policy for my mother with Miway Life, and the experience has been absolutely shocking.

After deciding to cancel the policy and following their cancellation process, we assumed everything was handled properly. However, Miway Life has continued debiting our account even after the policy was officially cancelled. We've contacted them multiple times to resolve this issue, but the unauthorized debits keep happening.

It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that can't seem to stop taking money from your account after you've clearly ended the relationship. This isn't just poor service and it's unacceptable business practice. We're now having to dispute charges and waste time chasing down refunds for payments that should never have been taken in the first place.

I expected better from a company that's supposed to provide peace of mind and financial security. Instead, we've gotten nothing but stress and hassle. Would not recommend Miway Life to anyone based on this experience.

If you're considering them for insurance, be warned,,cancelling might not actually stop the payments.
