Super Disappointed in MIWAYLIFE!!

What a joke of a company..I can not believe that I get approved for a life policy with funeral cover..then my funeral cover for my son i wanted them to increase the amount and the consultant that phoned me said they can not do any changes I have to wait for it to increase each year. ..I requested them to cancel my policy then and rewrite me a new policy with the increased amount as requested..a week went by and no phonecall so I called back to request my policy to be rewritten,,,which was done with exactly the same information as the previous policy....ONLY to receive a phonecall this morning to inform me that they can not approve me for life cover due to me having high liver counts almost 7 years ago..but have been healthy ever since..??? What a joke that you can get a policy and then all of the sudden nope sorry you cant have it anymore..
