Stay away from Miway Life. No payout.

If there was an option for no star that would be the option we choose. On the passing of my mother, I claimed the funeral benefit more than 8 days prior to the funeral. We have since buried my mother and Miway still has not made a pay out, has not communicated anything regarding the date of the pay out and our calls are met with no assistance as we are told we will be called back which is never true. In all of this, they even had the audacity to collect a premium on day 10 since our claim. In addition to the pain of losing a parent, Miway has been thoroughly disappointing and we will certainly be moving all our products with them and reporting this to the Ombudsman.
