Stalling refund until cooling off period is over

I cancelled my life policy within the cooling off period, and as per the contract a refund of the total premium deducted should be done.

I cancelled my life policy about three weeks before the cooling period is over, but now MiWay is stalling so that the refund should not be paid, as I am getting no feedback from anyone from MiWay when sending emails, and the call centre told me the money would be refunded a week back, but still waiting.

My cooling off period was 8 September, and the first cancellation confirmation I received from them is dated ********** 4 now I received another cancellation confirmation dated ********** 1 which is after my cooling off period.

This poor service from MiWay will cause me to cancel my car and home insurance as well.
