Shocking!

I am not someone who complains easily, especially because I always get amazing service for my vehicle insurance from MiWay. How is it possible that a division of the same company can be so vastly different!

My initial reason for contacting MiWay Life was to just change my banking details. Much to my surprise [after about 7 calls and numerous emails and of course leaving a hell of a lot of voice mails] nobody has bothered to contact me. In the meantime I cant close my old bank account due to the debit order still being active.

This obviously escalated from me just wanting to change my banking details to me wanting to cancel my life cover!

I need to be contacted as a matter of urgency!
