Service is excellent, Agents are helpful

Service is excellent, Agents are helpful. The claims process is to much work though, if they could come up with a better way we can file our claim. There's too much paperwork, no one has time to be running around and getting all the documents they need for the claim to be processed when one is greiving for a lost family member, a death certificate should do the work when filing a claim like other companies there shouldnt be any hustles when filling a claim just like there are no hustles when we paying for the service.
