Rude sales agent!
Please educate not to call client's on their first name - I am not your friend!! And also, not to just hang up when I decline your product offer!! You are in breach of the CPA by contacting me in the first place, as I am registered on the national do not contact database. I will lay a formal complaint with the direct marketing association!
