Received outstanding service from Madimetjha kekana with changing my debit order date

Received outstanding service from Madimetjha kekana with changing my debit order date. I had previously called Miway to amend my debit order date and the person I spoke to assured me that it was changed. Surprisingly it was not changed, as the debit still went off last day of the month.
