Promised to refund

I have requested a refund on policy cancellation and the consultants promised that I will receive my refund within 72 hours.And then after the fourth day without my refund,I called the branch and another consultant apologised for delay at their finance department,I accepted the apology and she promised that I would receive my refund on the 22nd of March 2016 and till to date I am still waiting for refund from Miway Life.72 hours turned to 2 weeks.Very disappointment especially after rating them so good and I withdraw my compliment.Empty promises to a customer is unfair business.
