promised a call back, not done

I sent a claim through, called the claims department, spoke to Vanessa who promised me that Seemole Ramoba was busy on another call but promised that she would call me back as soon as she's available. No call received. They don't keep their promises. Communicated with Seemole Ramoba via email, no reply or acknowledgement of receipt. Bad customer service.
