Promise not kept, poor customer service

Truly disappointed by the service I received. When I signed up all was good amazing service. I was then promised to be called back by an associate by the name of Tazwell Marais with regards to a different query. He promised to call back after his lunch but didn't. It's been 10 days and I've made efforts to call, email and still no call back from him. It's disappointing to think that you only get great service when they're making a sale but afterwards they don't care because they've made their sale. Really tempted to cancel the policy at this point if this is what their service is about!
