Problem with miway life claims

Good day I haveing trouble with my husbands life cover at miway Its longer than 30 days now i dont get any answers from his claim. He had a stroke on ferbruary 2022 i send them the documents a few time and no response everyday when i call they just say they will send claim department an email to call me but they never call.
