Poor service

I’m super annoyed, I’ve called MiWay on Tuesday and have follow up with them to cancel a policy that is supposed to start on the 1st of July and have received no assistance but empty promises to be called back. My debit date is the 26 of every month but today I was debited for a policy that has not started. And still no call to cancel even after I made them aware of this.
