Policy documents

I can not get Miway to send me a copy of my policy document and cannot access my policy document online. After various requests and E Mails just goes unanswered. They do not call back or respond to any requests. The one time they phoned me back was more than a month ago and I was promised the documents will be send but up to today it is a battle
