Policy canceled due to BMI

Good day

I am Tshepo took a policy with miway life last year between February and March gave them all the information they needed about me and there was a Hiv test and weight taken, results came out negative policy then commenced from March 2023 till they canceled it this year March 11th 2024 due to my weight so i find it unfair as why did they proceed with the policy instead of declining it the very same time after getting my results. A answer that i got from them was just that my BMI is low, so clearly means this was a **** that i wasted my money on i should have gotten another insurer instead of MiWay.
