Took a life over sometime last year(stand to be corrected on exact date)

The life policy I took had a benefit of a free will. Arrangements were made to draft this but Corona came.

A week ago I made a follow up since there was national will day so it prompted this urgency. I sent a reminder.

A lady name Thando called and as we were going through my needs(I don't need a single payOUT). She left to go get assistance and promised to call me back since she wSnt certain that miway Life will can have such clause.
