Pay back my money

Good day I signed up with miway over 2years ago with my car insurance and added life cover for myself,a few months after my policy was active a added my wife onto a life cover policy only for R215.Everything was in order or at least I thought it was I start seeing I am paying for to policy mine and my wife from the same bank account My car got ****** last year December I cancelled my insurance so according to me I only had my wife's insurance actived or at least I thought. Received a quote from another insurance company for life cover which would include my whole family which I agreed upon so I call miway life to cancel my wife's policy just to find out it was never active as it was declined however miway life had been debit my account for over 16months without picking up that's this policy was declined so in short words I paid miway R216 if miway cancel my policy last as requested I would have not taken this attention but they have been *****ing over R3440 over 16months if anything had to happen with my wife they would have paid out a cent yet everything they been taking R215 on my account when ever I try calling I can never speak to a manager I always get told that the manager would call me back this never happens. At a point I felt like I just wanted them to cancel and keep the money but it's not fair they as big as they are as a company they could bully us out of money I am so sick and tired of companies like miway that does things and get away with it Don't get me wrong I was happy with my car insurance they gave me the best deal my car was ****** they paid me out and looked after me maybe that's why I felt I just wanted to cancel the life policy and take no action but this is really hard for me to understand why no1 called me from management once they seen there is money goin to the company that they can't account for (free money ) I honestly hope some one accountable see this and sorts this issue out honestly this is so sad how once you as a coloured young man who tries to look after his family not a absent dad but providing for you family companies like miway would find it a way to ***** from you
