PATHETIC SERVICE upon Cancellation of services

WORST Insurance company ever, I want to cut down on my debit orders and when i phone them to go through the cancellation process, i get transfered and keep holding for roughly 30 minutes with absolutely NO ASSITANCE. I sent a mail to one of the staff members working at Miway Life, and was told that I was to receive a call from them, I have still not received that"promised call". Its been almost a week now asking them to cancel my policy and I am just being ignored.
