Pathetic Service — I’m Ready to Move My Policy Elsewhere

I have been requesting for weeks to have my policy linked so I can access it on my dashboard, yet nothing has been done. The online chat service is completely ineffective responses take ages, and when they finally reply, they still ask how they can assist even though the issue has already been clearly explained. I’ve also requested a call back multiple times and have never received one. This level of service is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of urgency or care. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be moving my policy to another insurer. Absolutely disappointing.
