pathetic service

I took a quote for life cover and was told that I cant choose my ex husband as a beneficiary hence I decided to cancel it as he will look after our girls should I go 1st. Their said someone would call me to confirm the cancellation, 3 months installments and still I'm waiting, I received 1 month installment after numerous calls and queries and nonsense I'm still waiting. Why is this so difficult, if I don't rec the other 2 installments I will log a complaint everyday until someone listens and to think I wanted to take it insurance for my car just last week
