Over charging on agreed policy. ****************...

Some time last year I took out a life cover and funeral cover policy with Miway... On the policy document it stated that my premiums would not increase for the first 5 years of the policy. Now, a year after my policy, the premiums have been increased. I did query this with Miway and was given promises that this matter would be addressed. To this day the matter has not been addressed. I feel this is ******* as the policy document states what my premiums are and yet a higher premium is being deducted from my account. I am very much dissatisfied with this. The sales agent I spoke to was reasonable and said he would take the matter up with his supervisor, but nothing has happened even after being promised that the supervisor would call me. It is clearly stated on my policy document that my premiums will not increase for the first 5 years. I really don’t know why I’m being ****** now with higher premiums...
