Not sure if MyWayLife still exist

<p>I have not received my MyWayLife policy documents from inception of my policy even though there is a debit order paid each month.</p> <p>When I phone MyWay and follow the prompts to MyWayLife there is no answer, tried about 10 - 15 times the last month.</p> <p>Eventually I manage to reach them through MyWay Personal Insurance, 5 times I asked for my policy documents which they then just never send.</p> <p>Now I am trying to cancel this policy as I do not want my wife to struggle like this if I passed away and would rather take out Insurance at another company but now I can not reach them AT ALL.</p> <p>Extremely frustrated, very fast to sell the product but then non existend afterwards.</p>
