Not keeping to the agreement

I recently took out a life cover policy with MiWay. Excellent and friendly call agent and I was impressed with the affordable life cover, but the agreement was that the first payment will only be deducted from my account end of December. Going into the peak and crazy season, people have a lot of unexpected and unplanned expenses. I am so disappointed that the original payment agreement was not met. The policy still hasn't been send to me, but I am already paying....
