No service from miway life

I had a miway life policy and in 2020 I was diagnosed with a dread disease. I than informed miway life and they advised that they will email me documents for the doctor to complete. It's been 2 years and I have not received any documents from them. Two months ago they called me and advised me that they will talk to the manager and get back to me, still nothing up till today. Last week Wednesday I called miway life and spoke to a consultant and she said the manager will call me back that same day, also no word from the manager. I than emailed them on Saturday, still no response. This is ridiculous and ********** as I'm a loyal client to them and they only take your money every month but don't deliver on their promises. Please don't ever take out any policies with miway life, insurance or anything that they offer.
