No paperwork nor policy number but debut went off twice!!!
I took a life & funeral policy with Miway late last month (October )over the phone and I requested my policy document s to be emailed to me accompanied with the phone call recording when I took the policy but a month later still nothing and now a debit went off my account and have been debited double,is this the service I have signed up for Miway?

We have since sent you the call recording and policy documents. As we have discussed over the phone, the first premium for your Life policy includes a once off initiation fee.
