No one bothers to call back

I have tried to take out a policy with them for the past few months, they needed my weight and height but every time one tries to call them they never answer their phones. The policy was never activated by them. When calling back again, they told me i would need to do another application, I am still waiting for a consultant to call me back. This is terrible service being provided, they only tell you someone will call back but no one bothers to do that!
