No gratitude or fairness for customers

Sadly and disappointed in mywaylife the policy is not for old people , My father was paying policy but the last 2 months failed to pay because he was in and out of hospital , suffering from dementia and other sickness which impaired his ability to manage his financial affairs and track administrative duties , My claim was rejected because of the grace period ending on the 28th July even on the 28th July my father being discharger from hospital i even tried to call in on his Behalf on the 4th August to try and arrange payment but only policy holder could do that , Policy is still active and not lapsed but no fairness or ubuntu from Miwaylife very disappointed and would never recommend them
