No Customer Support

Been trying to cancel life policy for past week now, however every time MiWay claim there are issues with phones or consultants busy when they "put me though" to retentions department...

They then promise to phone back but of course never receive any calls back and so then again when calling them they cant assist because retention department not answering their phones..

Send them emails and no responses to my emails either, scary if this is how they treat clients, must be a nightmare if you have to actually deal with a claim in an unfortunate event
