No assistance
I have contacted and filled in their message box online more than once. Whenever someone phone's me and I tell them my query they say someone will phone me back. This is ridiculous. Even if I phone them I hold on for hours with no answer and eventually if someone picks up they transfer me a few times and up saying someone will phone me back and no one does.
