Nhlanhla Nkosi gave me very good customer service. Despite my back and forth with MiWay over the reinstatement of my life policy, overall, their level of clientele service is highly satisfactory. Nhlanhla has a good character of taking you through, step by step, and he admits when wrong, and puts himself in the customer's shoe to comprehend their viewpoint. I love that about him!
