Mywaylife worst service

I recently dealt with Nosipho Ngwenya and she is the worst to deal with, very unprofessional. I lodged a claim during for my mom’s death and she sent me the head letter with incorrect ID number of the deceased and declined the claim. She then called me to justify why she declined without even rectifying her mistake. I am definitely leaving mywaylife insurance and would not recommend it to anyone. It is the worst insurance company!
