How about enquiring in life insurance, asked for my next of kin which is my mother, whom they were supposed to do a conference call with to get her details but instead called her and forcefully pushed a cover she didn’t even need without her accepting or signing up to anything. The messed up part is how the cover I took was supposed to cover myself and her, which makes no sense at all as to why they ******** her into a second contract!
