She was nothing short of patient and empathetic. she didn't rush me to get them the documents they needed and she spoke with such love and grace I actually didn't mind meeting her halfway. She responded to my emails within minutes, gave clear instructions and I appreciated that she understood I was distraught from my mother's passing that she spoke slowly and clearly.
