12 May 2022, 14:11It's been way past 48 hours. We just get told email been escalated to claims department. No emails sent and the funeral for Tsryn V an Der Merwe is on Saturday. No number for claims department. You should be ashamed for taking money and not delivering an 48" hour service as stipulated on your website
