MiWay’s Disgusting Response Rate

I cannot get hold of anyone at MiWay Life insurance! Their response rate is disgusting, I have been waiting for over three weeks for a response about my policy, the info email is not manned, the phone doesn’t go through. Imagine I die and my family try to claim and they don’t respond! I’m so tired of them!!!! My aunt had to go cause a scene at their head office to go follow up on her accident claim; only then did they move and things started to happen. What a joke!
