Miwaylife wont refund me

I took a lifecover with Miway, in June 2019. I had 30 days to review the policy and indicate whether I will go ahead with the policy or not. I reviewed the policy, on the 4th of July 2019, I wrote to them, and informed them that I will not be going ahead with the policy and I asked them to cancel it, and that they must not deduct money from my account. I wrote to them again on the 9th of July with the same request. To my surprise, they deducted the money from my account on the 15th of July , after I told them not to do so. I then called them after the deduction, I explained the problem, they apologised and promised to refund me, but that never happened. I logged a query again on their website, they called me, and I was told that they will be in contact with me to arrange for refund.That again never happened. I have had good experience with miway car insurance division but miwaylife has proven to lack intergrity.
