Miwaylife unaproved debiting on my bank account

Miwaylife sold me a policy and one of the sales pitches was that the first debit order will only go off 5 May 2019. Well to my utter disgust it went off on the 4rth of April!!! The sister hasn't even done the medical yet but they grab their money! Worst is that O have sent 6 emails and made 12 phone calls to cancel the policy but you can't get to speak to a consultant as the lines stay busy even after an hour of holding. Nobody replies on the email! I am still in my 30 day cooling off period so I have every right to cancel! Stay away from Miway!!!
