MiWayLife the Worst Company

MiWayLife is the worst Company I've ever dealt with. I have sent an email in 2020 October, to this day am waiting for a response to acknowledge my email. I have made attempts to call the call Centre, the calls always drops while speaking to the agents, whom will never even bother to call back. I have left a message on their IVR which is one of the options they have to call me back, it has been more than 2 weeks, am still waiting. MiWayLife can learn a thing or two from their sister company MiWayInsurance.
